GF series High Viscosity Filter Cartridges uses ultra-fine glass fiber membrane as the core filter medium and forms a three-dimensional filter structure through special processing. This series of filter elements has two significant advantages: one is the ultra-large dirt holding capacity, which is more than 60% higher than conventional filter elements; the other is the unique deep adsorption characteristics, which can effectively intercept high viscosity impurities such as colloids and grease in liquids. Its gradient density design realizes multi-stage filtration from coarse to fine and can handle complex liquids with a particle content of up to 10%.
GF series High Viscosity Filter cartridges are particularly suitable for the precision processing of difficult liquids such as lubricating oil purification, adhesive filtration, resin decontamination, etc., and can withstand industrial fluids with a viscosity of up to 5000cP. It is widely used in chemical, coating, food and pharmaceutical industries, while maintaining high flow (maximum flux up to 20L/min) while ensuring stable filtration accuracy (1-50μm optional). GF series High Viscosity Filter cartridges are made of all glass fiber material, does not contain adhesives, and has excellent temperature resistance (maximum operating temperature 120℃), which is a professional solution for processing high temperature and high viscosity liquids.
