The PF/HPF series of corrosion resistant absolute filter cartridge are high-performance filtration products designed for extreme chemical environments. The series includes two models: the PF type uses a hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filter membrane with excellent waterproof and breathable properties; the HPF type uses a hydrophilic PTFE filter membrane, which is optimized for liquid filtration. Both filter elements exhibit excellent chemical stability and can withstand corrosion from strong oxidants including concentrated sulfuric acid (98%), hydrochloric acid (37%), hydrofluoric acid, strong alkali (such as 50% sodium hydroxide solution) and hydrogen peroxide.
The PF/HPF series of corrosion resistant absolute filter cartridges are made of 100% pure PTFE material, without any adhesives or additives, to ensure stable filtration performance in the full range of pH 0-14. Its absolute filtration characteristics can ensure 99.99% retention efficiency for particles larger than 0.1μm. The PF/HPF series of corrosion resistant absolute filter cartridges are particularly suitable for harsh application scenarios such as ultra-pure gas filtration in the semiconductor industry, corrosive media treatment in chemical production, and waste gas purification in the environmental protection field. With the natural chemical inertness of PTFE materials, the PF/HPF series of corrosion resistant absolute filter cartridges have become the most reliable filtration solution in highly corrosive environments.

The PF/HPF series of corrosion resistant absolute filter cartridges uses all polypropylene (PP) to support the flow guide layer and structural parts, including the center rod, shell and end cap, which are all made of high-strength PP material. The sealing system provides three options: universal silicone gasket (-40~200℃), corrosion-resistant fluororubber (pH0-14) and oil-resistant nitrile rubber. The product's operating limit parameters are maximum tolerance temperature 80℃; under standard working conditions of 25℃, the maximum allowable working pressure difference is 0.42MPa (Note: All materials are FDA certified).
