RC series Wound Filter Cartridges are made of high-quality polypropylene (PP) filter material through a precise continuous winding process. This series of filter elements breaks through the single filtration structure of traditional polypropylene filter elements and adopts multi-gradient polypropylene filter membrane composite winding technology. The outer layer uses large-pore filter material to intercept larger particles, and the inner layer is equipped with a precision filter membrane to achieve fine filtration, forming a progressive filtration structure. This unique design enables it to have excellent deep filtration effect and can effectively handle special liquids with high viscosity and high particle content.
RC series Wound Filter Cartridges are particularly suitable for filtering and purifying difficult liquids such as chemical slurries, coatings, adhesives, etc. Compared with ordinary PP filter elements, their filtration efficiency is increased by more than 40%, and the dirt holding capacity is increased by 60%, making them an ideal choice for handling complex industrial fluids.
