The HIPP series High solids liquid filter cartridge adopts the innovative "deep gradient filtration + precision pleating technology" dual process and realizes graded interception and filtration of particulate matter through a specially designed polypropylene (PP) multi-layer composite filter membrane structure.
The HIPP series High solids liquid filter cartridge has a three-layer progressive filtration structure: the outer layer uses large-pore filter material for pre-filtration, the middle layer is configured with a medium-precision filter membrane transition, and the inner layer is set with a high-precision final filter layer, which can effectively intercept solid particles of different particle sizes. This unique design increases the filter element's dirt holding capacity by more than 60% and extends its service life by 2-3 times, while maintaining a stable high flow characteristic.
The HIPP series High solids liquid filter cartridges are particularly suitable for filtering and purifying liquids with high solid content (up to 10% w/v) and high viscosity (up to 5000cP) such as paints, metalworking fluids, chemical slurries, etc. The filtration accuracy range is 1-100μm, which is an ideal solution for heavy-duty industrial filtration applications.
