The PES sterilization grade filter cartridge is made of internationally advanced hydrophilic polyether sulfone (PES) membrane material, which has the characteristics of uniform pore size distribution and high porosity. Its unique asymmetric structure design significantly extends the service life of the filter element. The filter membrane support and flow guide layer is made of imported high-purity polypropylene material and formed by precision hot-melt welding process. No adhesive is used in the whole process, which completely eliminates the risk of medium shedding and ensures zero pollution in the filtration process.
PES sterilization grade filter cartridge has excellent hydrophilic properties, which can achieve rapid wetting and high-throughput filtration; at the same time, it has low protein adsorption characteristics, which can protect biologically active substances to the maximum extent. The product undergoes a strict integrity test procedure, and each filter element undergoes 100% integrity testing before leaving the factory.
