The ZCK series Standard flow capsule filter adopts an innovative capsule structure design and must be used with a stainless steel filter. The ZCK series Standard flow capsule filter shell adopts a hot melt welding process to ensure sealing, and the interior adopts a precision winding structure to achieve deep filtration, providing 20-300μm multi-level precision options. This design eliminates the need to clean the filter when replacing the filter element, simplifying the maintenance process.
The ZCK series Standard flow capsule filters are particularly suitable for filtering high-viscosity liquids (such as adhesives, resins, coatings, etc.). Its deep filtration structure can effectively handle fluids with viscosities up to 5000cP.
