PTFE Impregnation
The filter material is immersed in a PTFE solution and dried, enhancing its temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance.
Singeing
The surface fuzz of the filter material is burned off to improve its structure and facilitate dust release and filtration efficiency.
Calendering
Under controlled temperature and pressure, the filter material is flattened to achieve a uniform thickness, denser and smoother surface for easy cleaning, while reducing pore size to prevent dust from penetrating deeply, thereby extending its service life.
Water and Oil Repellency
